RUN cd / && wget --quiet https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh -O /miniconda.sh && \
    /bin/bash /miniconda.sh -b -p /opt/conda &&\
    ln -s /opt/conda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh /etc/profile.d/conda.sh &&\
    echo ". /opt/conda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh" >> ~/.bashrc &&\
    /bin/bash -c "source ~/.bashrc" && \
    /opt/conda/bin/conda update -n base -c defaults conda -y &&\
    /opt/conda/bin/conda create -n my python=3.11

と記載されたdeckerfileがありました。このままだと以下のようなエラーが出力されます。

CondaToSNonInteractiveError: Terms of Service have not been accepted for the following channels. Please accept or remove them before proceeding:
    - https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
    - https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r

規約同意プロセスに合意できないことによるエラーのようで、

    /bin/bash -c "source ~/.bashrc" && \
    /opt/conda/bin/conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main && \
    /opt/conda/bin/conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r && \
    /opt/conda/bin/conda update -n base -c defaults conda -y && \
    /opt/conda/bin/conda create -n my python=3.11

これでエラーが解消されました。
